Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 3 days after payment confirmation. If additional information or verification is required, we will contact you at the email address provided with the order.

Pre-order items ship after inventory arrives and are not covered by the 3-day in-stock dispatch timeframe. Estimated release and arrival dates may change.

Shipping Costs and Delivery

Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local conditions.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided after your order is dispatched. You can check the latest shipment status on the carrier's website or through 17TRACK.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us at aoiheyaus@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been dispatched.
