We ship from China to worldwide.
SHIPPING
1. We only ship to buyer's shipping address. We do not responsible for any incorrect address provided.
2. Buyer have responsibility to provide correct shipping address, if buyer want to change the shipping address, please contact us before placing order. If item can not arrive due to the address issue, we won't refund it, so please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
3. The tracking stops updating:
The status “The airline departs” means your order has been sent out and probably arrived in your country. But there is a backlog of cargo in the US and Canada, and the post office is usually slow, the tracking may stop updating for 15 to 40 days. Don't worry, it's still in transit. Please wait patiently.
4. What should I do if there's no update in my tracking?
It happens sometimes if one tracking doesn't update for 45 days. (At certain times of the year, it may be as long as 45-90 days)
5.What should I do if the tracking shows the package has been returned or something weird.
Contact us if you find your package has been returned or any weird thing happens. We will deal with it soon.

6. Will you ship all my items together or would be multiply packages?
If you bought some items in one order, we won’t ship them together normally. We ship them separately to reduce the customs tax and the risk of breakage during the shipping.
PACKING & CONDITION
All orders are packed carefully by our shipping staff to ensure that the package gets to you safely. We try to do our part to help the environment so whenever possible we will reuse packing material. We do not take requests for custom packaging material. While we will do our best to pick out the best condition for items purchased, we DO NOT guarantee box condition of any items. To be fair to all our customers we do not take requests to go through our stock to pick out the best boxes.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: For in-stock items, your order will be carefully packaged and usually can be shipped around 2-4 business days after payment received(We need to transfer items from our ware house to the international shipping center which gonna take around 2 days). To reduce the cost, all item will be shipped from China via the latest and greatest international shipping service with the most economic and quick chosen of China Post/EMS/DHL/ePacket etc. Shipping time varies based on your country and the shipping method you chose.
Q: What should I do when my item has been damaged during shipping.
A: Do NOT open the case. Conact us and we will apply the replacement parts and send you with next order (It may take 1-3 weeks to get the repalcement parts from the factory).
RETURNS
We honor returns for any factory sealed item(s) if they are returned within 7 days of the delivered date and if the item is still in production. You will be refunded your order amount minus the shipping cost to get the item to you ,return shipping cost is responsible for buyer. Please check all purchases as you receive them for errors as they will need to be reported within the 7 days.
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped out of our warehouse in.
Factory defective items can be exchanged for the same item only, if the item is still in production otherwise no exchange is possible. Minor paint blemishes or excess do not count as defects as it is prevalent on most manufactured toys. If you choose to return an item when a fix or replacement is available, you will be refunded your order amount minus shipping costs and will be responsible for return shipping as we in good faith shipped out and fulfilled the order and also have a replacement available to fix the problem.
Anyone attempting to return an item not purchased from aoiheyaus.com in place of an item purchased at aoiheyaus.com or switching out figures will be denied and banned from purchasing in the future. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or the original method of payment. Customer service must be contacted before returning any items. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days after we receive the returned product, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
