Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled by us, you will get full refund. If the order is cancelled by you, we maybe charge a certain fee, we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Notes
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee and a certain handling fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Item has defects
We will send the customer replacement part first, it may take some days(15-90 days) depending on the factory response speed. After we receive the replacement part and ship it to you, the warehouse will send you an email with a tracking number.
If the factory can't provide replacement parts, we will offer a partial refund to buyers in the following two situations:
1. After-sales requests submitted within one month of receiving the product.
2. Requests related to products found damaged upon unboxing, and where the buyer can provide videos or pictures as evidence.
Customers need to be responsible for the resell shipping cost if they do not accept replacement parts or partial refund and insist on returning the item. AOnce the customer has shipped the item and provided the carrier and tracking number, we will only offer a full refund. Resending of the product is not supported.
